Coleosanthus floribundus (Gray) Kuntze
Brickellia floribunda can form a shrub and is woody toward the base. The leaves
are irregularly toothed and have three obvious veins. The achenes are small for Brickellias, about
2 mm long, the bristles are white. The phyllaries and peduncles can be very stipitate glandular. This Brickellia likes riparian canyons and banks near streams at lower
elevations.
