(Lemmon's Brickellbush)

Brickellia lemmonii Gray var. wootonii (Greene) Robinson
Coleosanthus wootonii Greene

Brickellia lemmonii var. lemmonii is a lower elevation brickellbush with leaves 2 to 5 times long as wide. The pappus consists of barbellate bristles. Brickellia lemmonii var. lemmonii is not as tall as many of the other Brickellias, growing about 50cm tall. There are only disc flowers.
