                                   Card Services

The Mustang Card acts as a one card system—it can be used for all your student needs. Your Mustang Card contains event access, door access, meal plans, and much more. Money can also be loaded onto your card for use on campus.  

Community Cards are available. A card can be purchased for use in Campus Recreational Facilities. Both the card as well as the C-Rec pass must be purchased for usage of the facilities.

Adding Money to Your Mustang Card 

Stored Value Accounts allow money to be deposited and used in certain areas on campus.

There are 3 types of Stored Value Accounts:

Mustang Wallet

-          Can be used anywhere on campus that the card is used for monetary transactions

Dining Dollars

-          Can only be used in the Dining Hall and the Mustang Deli.

Bookstore Wallet

-          Can only be used in the WNMU Bookstore

 

Money can be loaded into any of these stored value accounts through our eAccounts portal. Use the below url and your new Mustang Express credentials to gain access to the site.

Guest deposits can also be made using this link. Your student’s W# will be required.

eAccounts can also be accessed through the new Mustang Express portal, mycampus.wnmu.edu, again using your new Mustang Express login credentials. Once logged in, select the Mustang Card option on the left side of the page.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q: Can I use my own picture for the card?

A: No. The picture must be taken by a WNMU Employee located at WNMU's main campus or a WNMU Branch. Online students can e-mail us about receiving an ID.

 

Q: Can I punch a hole in the card?

A: No. The card contains encoded information that could be erased. If information is erased, card replacement fees apply.

 

Q: Can I change the classification on my card?

A: In an event that two classifications can be chosen, a classification can be changed; however the change can only consist of options that can be read by the system. If the user wants the classification to be changed on an already printed card, replacement fees apply.

 

The Mustang Card Services are inside the Business Office in Castorena Hall. Hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Please call us or stop by with any questions.
