  1. Senate Bill Number 84- Allocation of funds not to exceed $500.00 for Athletics Department softball tarp. Sponsored by Senator Klaus and seconded by Senator Ellis.
  2. Senate Bill Number 85- Allocation of funds not to exceed $200.00 to sponsor Goniometers for District 6, Allied Health and Nursing. Sponsored by Senator Rich and seconded by Senator Jones.
  3. Senate Bill Number 86- The Philosophy Club will be recognized as an ASWNMU club within the purview of the associated students of Western New Mexico University. Sponsored by Senator Espinosa and seconded by Senator Garcia.
  4. Senate Bill Number 87- Approval of matching funds not to exceed $40.00 for Student Athletic Advisory Committee. Sponsored by Senator Menzes and seconded by Senator Espinosa.
  5. Senate Bill Number 88- Allocation of funds not to exceed $150.00 to sponsor Art class meal during trip to Los Angeles. Sponsored by Senator Heinze and seconded by Senator Granger.
  6. Senate Bill Number 89- Allocation of funds not to exceed $400.00 for ASWNMU traveling expenses.Sponsored by Senator Jones and seconded by Senator White.
  7. Senate Bill Number 90- Proposed student fees are within the purview of the Associated Students of Western New Mexico University. Sponsored by Senator Heinze and Senator Menezes. The fees will consist of the following amendments, per credit hour:
a.       Art Activity will receive a continuance of $0.10 b.       Miller Library will receive a decrease from $1.11 to $0.80
c.       ASWNMU will receive a decrease from $1.50 to $1.45 d.       Mustang Entertainment will receive a decrease from $0.55 to $0.45
e.       Athletics will receive an increase from $11.65 to $12.65 f.         The Mustang will receive a decrease from $0.20 to $0.15
g.       Early Childhood Program will receive a continuance of $1.62 h.       Outdoor Program will receive a decrease from $1.08 to $1.06
i.         Expressive Arts (Music) will receive a decrease from $0.60 to $0.45 j.         Public Information will receive a continuance of $0.55
k.       Information Technology will receive an increase from $8.49 to be discussed at a later date l.         Student Health Services will receive an increase from $3.75 to $3.85
m.     Media Technology Services will receive a decrease from $1.00 to $0.55 n.       Student Life will receive a decrease from $7.50 to $7.25
o.       Supplementary Instruction will receive a decrease from $2.50 to $2.25 p.       Student research will receive a continuance of $1.00
q.       Student Life (leisure) will receive a decrease from $2.50 to $1.46 r.         Debit Service Fee will receive a continuance of $11.13
s.       Infrastructure Fee will receive a continuance of $9.00 t.         Residence Hall Renovation will receive a continuance of $2.78
u.       Student Activity/ Union will receive a continuance of $10.00 v.       Student Union will receive a continuance of $4.75
