Aegilops cylindrica is an exotic weedy grass with a spike type of inflorescence. There is one spikelet per node, and each spikelet
consists of multiple florets. The glumes are awned and pubescent. Aegilops cylindrica can be found in bare, disturbed areas along with other
non-native grasses.
