Galinsoga parviflora is an upright, annual herb with small inflorescences. The leaves are serrate and opposite. The disc is yellow and there are a about five white ray flowers only 1-2mm long. Galinsoga parviflora is found at middle to upper elevations near water in Ponderosa pine forest.
