Galium triflorum Michaux
(Sweet Scented Bedstraw, Fragrant Bedstraw)

Family: Rubiaceae

Status: Native

Galium flaviflorum Heller

Galium triflorum has 5 or 6 leaves in each whorl. The leaves are broader than those of our other usual bedstraws, those of Galium triflorum being lanceolate or elliptic rather than linear. They also have a point at the tip (cuspidate.) The fruits are very hairy.
