Lophocolea minor Nees

Status: Native

Synonyms:
Chiloscyphus minor (Nees) Eng. & Schust.

Lophocolea minor has crowded leaves that are succubous and inserted horizontally on the stem. The leaves are bidentate with underleaves that are bilobed with lateral teeth. There are many gemmae in clusters or chains on the leaf margins. Kirsten Romig collected this specimen at Valles Caldera.
