WNMU Volunteer Income Tax Assistance

The WNMU School of Business is providing tax services (VITA) for the community. Services are available to families and individuals with an annual household income of $57,000 or less, and for those who are 65 years or older. Returns will not be prepared in-person. Instead, taxpayers may drop off their tax forms at Light Hall Room 124, and students will complete the returns independently. Services will be offered on a walk-in basis on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and by appointment on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Call 575-538-6637 to schedule a drop off. Bring your: Photo ID (Driver's license or other State ID) Original Social Security Card(s) for taxpayers and dependents Tax forms, such as W-2s/1099s/1099-SA from all employers Proof of applicable tax deductible expenditures Bank Account and Routing Numbers or (preferably) a voided check. Expressive Arts Faculty Exhibition

On Thursday, March 3, work by WNMU Expressive Arts Faculty goes on display at WNMU Francis McCray Gallery of Contemporary Art. The opening reception is at 6:30 p.m., and the exhibition runs through Thursday, March 31. Gallery hours available here. Free and open to the public, the show features Ed Brandt (painting), Jennifer Douglass (mixed media), Jim Penergast (photography), Michael Metcalf (sculpture), Courtney Michaud (ceramics) and Stephanie Seguin (ceramics).
