WNMU Department of Student Life would like to host their second International Alternative Spring Break trip! This March, a group will have the opportunity to travel to the Dominican Republic! We will spend a week participating in food distributions to impoverished communities, working in orphanages, and volunteering with children. Of course there will also be excursions and cultural immersion opportunities as well!
This is an alternative trip hosted through WNMU, therefore all school policies apply. This is a dry trip meaning no illegal substances or alcohol is permitted. Students must have health insurance, a current passport, and be in good standing with the institution.
Those who are interested in participating will need to complete this application. An interview process will take place in October 2017.
Spaces are limited.
