Anomodon obtusifolius Bruch & Schimper
Anomodon minor, like our other Anomodons, is a pleurocarpous moss with short, stocky leaves with a costa past midleaf. The cells are pluripapillose. The main difference between our three Anomodon species center about the apex, which is long attenuate on A. rostrata, acute and short apiculate on A. attenuatus, and obtuse and rounded on Anomodon minor. Anomodon minor is found on rocks in moist canyons at middle elevation.
