Anticlea virescens is a long stemmed herb with basal linear leaves. The flowers are present in a
raceme and alternate up the stem. The flowers are greenish white with slightly exserted stamens. Anticlea virescens
is found at upper elevations on north facing slopes where it is quite wet. This plant was identified with the help of Bob Sivinski.
