Status: Native

Synonyms:
Satureja vulgaris (Linnaeus) Fritsch

Clinopodium vulgare has flowers with pink, bilabiate corollas. The calyces have ciliate teeth. The flowers occur in terminal clusters and sessile in clusters in leaf axils. Clinopodium vulgare is found in gravelly streambeds at upper elevation.
