Parosela lachnostachya (Gray) Heller

Dalea lachnostachya is a perennial herb that has hairy and pinnately compound leaves. The leaflets are yellow (when fresh, brown or black when pressed) glandular dotted underneath. The stems are brown glandular dotted. The flowers are purple, quickly turning to brown. The calyx is quite hairy with the lobes purple striped. Dalea lachnostachya is found on dry rocky plains and slopes.
