Sophia ochroleuca Wooton
Descurainia pinnata subsp. ochroleuca blooms early in the spring. It has small, gray dissected leaves and small
white flowers. The distinctive fruits are not linear like D. sophia or D. obtusa, but are short and stubby. The are
described in Martin and Hutchins as "clavate." They are wider distally, but they do appear to come to point rather than being truly club-shaped
partly because of the persistant style.
