Euphorbia davidii is a small to medium sized herb with lanceolate, shallowly dentate leaves. It
is found in middle elevation in riverside sand bars as well as in many other habitats. It is even found in town on the roadside. It is a pubescent annual with nearly sessile capsules. The capsule is glabrous.
