Fuscocephaloziopsis pleniceps has leaves that are only a little over 100µm wide.
The leaves are bilobed and have no gemmae. There are no underleaves
or oil bodies. The stem has a hyalodermis. There are no obvious gemmae.
F. pleniceps is be found on soil.
