Synonyms:
None

Myosurus cupulatus is found in drier low to middle elevation areas that get periodic moisture. It is similar to Myosurus minimus, but the mature achenes of M. cupulatus have a white border or cup near the base of the beak that those of M. minimus lack. Both have oblanceolate to near linear leaves.
