Oncophorus integerrimus is a recently recognized species (split from O. virens) most easily identified by the entire or nearly entire leaf margins. Otherwise, it is quite similar to other species in the genus, including having the strumose capsules. The term "strumose" refer to a tumor-like swelling at the capsule base. Oncophorus integerrimus has been found in the Taos area of NM.

We appreciate the University of Colorado Herbarium (COLO), Erin Tripp & Dina Clark for permitting us to photograph this specimen!
