Plagiomnium ciliare (Müll. Hal.) T.J. Kop.

Status: Native

Synonyms:
Mnium affine var. ciliare Müll. Hal.
Mnium ciliare (Müll. Hal.) Schimp.

Plagiomnium ciliare has abundant arching, horizontal branches with green stems (plagiotropic branches). There are marginal teeth present from the apex almost to the base. The teeth are made up of 1-3 cells and are rather blunt. The leaf apices are rounded to acute. The leaf bases are decurrent.
