Synonyms:
None

Plantago argyraea is an annual herb with long, pubescent linear basal leaves and a tall scapose inflorescence. The leaves are usually 5mm or less wide. The floral bracts are lanceolate or ovate and the flowers perfect. Plantago argyraea is found at middle to upper elevation in Ponderosa or mixed conifer forests.
