Warnstorfia fluitans (Hedwig) Loeske
Family: Calliergonaceae (formerly in Amblystegiaceae)
Status: Native

Hypnum fluitans Hedwig
Drepanocladus fluitans (Hedw.) Warnstorf
Warnstorfia fluitans can be found submerged or nearly submerged in fens, but thus far has only been found at Valles
Caldera in New Mexico. It is a pleurocarp that bears a close resemblance to Leptodictyum riparium, but the stems
of W. fluitans are much shorter with much shorter leaves that can be markedly falcate secund.
