The gym will be closed for spring break from March 9-16. We will be back open March 17th.

Facility Hours

Fitness Center, Pool, Racquetball Courts, and Intramural Gym

Monday – Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Indoor Rock Climbing Wall Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

CLOSED EVERY WEDNESDAY

Fitness Center Closures:

January 20th: MLK Day

March 9-16th: Spring Break

April 18-19th: Spring Holiday

Pool Closures: 

Every Tuesday/ Thursday from 4:30PM-5:30PM (Shallow end only)

April 23rd: 5PM-8PM

May 31st: 10AM-12PM

 

Semester Start/ End Dates:

Spring semester begins January 13th and ends May 20th.

Summer semester begins May 21st and ends August 18th.

 

Facilities

Swimming Pool

We have 2 lanes for swimming laps and a shallow end for aerobic water exercises! We also provide floating water weights to enhance your exercise. The pool closes 30 minutes before normal gym close time for cleaning at the end of each day.

Fitness Center

Lift, run, swim and sweat! With a variety of cardio equipment, basketball courts, racquetball courts, a pool and a weight room, there are plenty of ways to stay fit on your campus!

The Fitness Center has the following features:

  • Racquetball courts

  • Dance studio
  • Weight machines
  • Cardio equipment

 

Intramural Gym

Join a game of basketball, volleyball or pickleball in our intramural gym! Please be sure to check in at the front desk before using the facilities.

 

Racquetball Courts

Start a game of singles or play doubles with a couple of buddies while getting a great cardio workout. C-Rec can provide most equipment needed for most players.

Community Member Access

Community members are required to purchase a Mustang Card, there is a one-time issue fee of $15. Cards and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cards can be purchased from the WNMU Card Services office located in the Business Offices in Castorena Hall. Facility uses can be uploaded to the card at any time during the semester.

Group Fitness Pass

Aqua Zumba is now available! You can find info about the class below: 
These classes are being held Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30PM.
Options include a 15-punch pass for $50.00 or a 24-punch semester pass for $80.00.
(There is a limit of 20 people for the class).
 If you’d like to join these amazing water fitness classes, please go see the business office in Castorena Hall from the hours of 8AM-4:30PM to purchase your membership! (Any existing members will have to come down to the Business Office to get their pass and any new members will get a new one).
