The Western New Mexico University Board of Regents will meet virtually on Tuesday, August 1 to discuss legal matters subject to attorney-client privilege concerning threatened or pending litigation and to discuss the purchase, acquisition or disposal of real property or water rights (potential property purchase) pursuant to NMSA 1978 Section 10-15-1 (H-7) and (H-8).
