Western New Mexico University is celebrating 125 of education with a special Founder’s Day event on Friday, Feb. 9, 2018. Join in on the celebration which will include live music, guest speakers, a tour of historic buildings and a once-in-a-lifetime photo marking the university’s 125th birthday.
You are welcome to come for any or all of the day’s activities on campus (1000 W. College Ave.).
11 a.m. Opening Ceremonies Light Hall Theater
noon Birthday Cake Cutting Light Hall Patio
1 p.m. Aerial group photo Old James Stadium
2 p.m. Campus tour Light Hall, Bowden Hall, Hunter Hall, Rich Hall, Graham Gym, Fleming Hall, MEChA Building
