Western New Mexico University will appear in the 11th season of the hit Amazon Prime original, The College Tour, making WNMU the first university in New Mexico to be featured on this streaming series. This 30-minute episode will feature 10 Mustangs that include a mix of traditional and non-traditional students and their unique WNMU journey. From outdoor adventures and Mustang Athletics to the science labs and welding bays, viewers will have the opportunity to view WNMU through the eyes and experiences of the students on and off campus.
Filming for this episode occurred in November at locations including the Western New Mexico University campus, various locations within the Gila National Forest and sites around the historic Town of Silver City, New Mexico.
