The Western New Mexico University Foundation’s Hats in the Garden annual community and fundraising event is themed Feathers and Fedoras in 2018. The afternoon gathering in the WNMU Alumni Gardens on campus (1000 W. College Ave.) includes lite fare, a fashion show presented by Vintage Fantasies, a People’s Choice hat contest and a silent auction. The Foundation encourages attendees to wear their best vintage vacation attire. Entry to Hats in the Garden costs $25.
