WNMU Outdoor Program Hiking Series

The WNMU Outdoor Program organizes a hike one Saturday per month. Meet at The Outpost on campus at 8 a.m. for each. The hiking destinations will be based on group abilities and interests. Transportation will be provided. Students need to have sturdy hiking boots, appropriate clothing, plenty of water, food, and a day pack. Gear is available at The Outpost on campus, so those who might need it can reserve it ahead of time. Pre-registration is required for WNMU’s Outdoor Program Hiking Series, as participants will need to complete a health questionnaire and liability waiver before leaving on the hike. Mustang Search and Rescue Faculty Advisor Marc Levesque will lead the hikes, and he can be contacted with questions at 575-313-7104 or marc@acadiagis.com.
