  1. Senate Bill Number 009- The appointment of Vicente Partido as ASWNMU Senate Floor Leader within the purview of the Associated Students of Western New Mexico University. Senate bill 009 is sponsored by Senator Smith and cosponsored by Senator Chavez.
  2. Senate Bill Number 010- Allocation of funds not to exceed $480 for Vicente Partido promotion to Senate Floor Leader, the scholarship for Fall 2017. Senate bill 010 is sponsored by Senator Kester and is cosponsored by Senator Smith.
  3. Senate Bill Number 011- Allocation of funds not to exceed $297.00 to pay for ASWNMU’s American Student Government Association membership. Senate bill 011 is sponsored by Senator Arganda and cosponsored by Senator Chavez.
  4. Senate Bill Number 012- Allocation of funds not to exceed $300 for Stand Up, Out & Proud dance and HIV testing on September 16, 2017. Senate Bill 012 is sponsored by Senator Moreno and cosponsored by Partido.
  5. Senate Bill Number 013- Allocation of funds not to exceed $900.00 for Personal Finance Seminar, “Foundations in Personal Finance”. Senate bill 013 is sponsored by Senator Partido and is cosponsored by Senator Smith.
  6. Senate Bill Number 014- Allocation of funds not to exceed $500 for Fall 2017 supplies for ASWNMU. Senate bill 014 is sponsored by Senator Chavez and is cosponsored by Arganda.
  7. Senate Bill Number 015- Re-recognition of Clubs for Fall 2017. Clubs: Young Democrats of Grant County, American Association of University Women, M. E, Ch. A., Student Social Work Association, Math and Computer Science Club, Art Club, and Sigma Tau Delta. Senate Bill 015 is sponsored by Senator Diaz and cosponsored by Senator Gonzalez.
  8. Senate Bill Number 016- Allocation of funds not to exceed $100.00 for Mustang Taxi refreshments. Senate bill 016 is sponsored by Senator Gonzalez and cosponsored by Senator Smith.
