WNMU Summer Youth Camp

Western New Mexico University is hosting a 6-week summer youth camp from June 25th through August 3rd. It is open to children ages 5 to 10 years old and will feature fun and interactive activities. Police Academy Application Deadline

The Police Academy application deadline used to be in the October every year. Not anymore! Students now need to apply before the fall semester starts so their application papers can be processed and so they can attend the required Pre-Academy Fitness & Testing class in the fall. (Agency-sponsored applicants may not need this course. Please contact Gil Najar at najarg@wnmu.edu for more information.) To apply for the Police Academy, students need to go to the Behavioral Sciences website, apply for university admission and also fill out the Police Academy application form. Students should submit their applications before July 31, and students should submit their applications as early as possible to ensure prompt admission.
