Brassicaceae (Mustard Family)
The Brassicaceae are mostly herbs. They typically have small flowers with four petals
and six stamens, two of which are shorter than the rest (tetradynamous), as in this photo of a dissected Erysimum capitatum flower. The Brassicaceae are well-represented
in the Gila National Forest.
